Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) are structures designed and fabricated using prefabricated steel components, which are manufactured and assembled in a factory setting. These buildings are engineered to meet specific project requirements and are then transported to the construction site for assembly. PEBs are known for their efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and versatility, making them ideal for a wide range of applications including warehouses, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and even residential structures.

Conventional Metal Buildings

Conventional metal buildings, also known as traditional steel buildings, are structures constructed using a combination of structural steel components. These buildings are custom-designed and fabricated on-site, with steel beams, columns, and other components being welded or bolted together to form the structural framework. Conventional metal buildings are known for their robustness, versatility, and ability to support large spans and heavy loads.

Steel Staircases

Metal staircases are a popular choice for both residential and commercial buildings due to their strength, durability, and modern aesthetic. These staircases are constructed primarily from steel or aluminum, which can be designed and fabricated to meet specific structural and architectural requirements. Metal staircases are versatile and can be used in various settings, including industrial, commercial, and residential environments.

Clean Room/ Cold Room

Clean Rooms and Cold Rooms are specialized environments often constructed using PUF (Polyurethane Foam) panels due to their excellent insulation properties, structural strength, and ease of assembly. These rooms are designed to maintain specific conditions that are critical for various industrial and commercial applications.

Clean Rooms are controlled environments that maintain low levels of airborne particles, dust, microbes, and chemical vapors. They are essential in industries like pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, electronics, and aerospace, where even the smallest contamination can affect product quality and safety.

Mezzanine floors/ Multistoey Buildings

Mezzanine Floors are intermediate floors constructed between the main floors of a building, often used to increase usable space without expanding the building's footprint. These floors are typically semi-permanent and can be installed in various commercial, industrial, and retail settings.
Multi-storey Buildings are structures with multiple levels or floors, providing substantial vertical space for residential, commercial, or mixed-use purposes. These buildings are designed to accommodate a large number of occupants and various functional spaces within a single footprint.

Steel Sections Trading

Steel Sections refer to the various shapes and sizes of steel that are manufactured for structural and construction purposes. These sections are used in a wide range of industries, including construction, automotive, shipbuilding, and manufacturing.

Common Types of Steel Sections:

  • I-Beams and H-Beams: Used primarily in construction for structural support due to their high strength-to-weight ratio.

  • Angles (L-Shaped): Often used in framing, brackets, and reinforcements.

  • Channels (C-Shaped): Used in construction, equipment, and vehicle manufacturing.

  • Hollow Structural Sections (HSS): Includes square, rectangular, and circular pipes used in construction and mechanical applications.

  • T-Beams: Common in construction for supporting loads.

  • Flat Bars: Versatile and used in a variety of structural and decorative applications.

  • Round Bars: Used in machinery, construction, and for the production of fasteners and other components.
